Located northeast of Orlando, Oviedo is a sub-tropical community surrounded by
dense trees and freshwater lakes and ponds. The town is home to the University
of Central Florida and the Institute of Simulation & Training, and only a short
drive away from Universal Orlando and Walt Disney World.
Approximately 80% of Oviedo's 59,000+ residents are homeowners living in the new
planned communities or established residential neighborhoods. Oviedo real estate
offers the prospective buyer a choice of home styles and choices from condos and
bungalows to single-family homes or large lakefront estate homes. You can find
Oviedo real estate for well below $100,000, and you will find waterfront
Oviedo real estate costing several million. Oviedo real estate provides

Typical single-family homes in the communities of Timber wood, Fox chase, Oviedo

Set for completion in the spring of 2004, Madison Place and Madison Creek will
