Solivita is a new Mediterranean-style village with full lawn and landscape care

or spas, as well as a championship golf course. Home prices start as low as $95,000
and can go up to more that $400,000.
Situated throughout the Greater Orlando area are many affordable manufactured
and mobile home Orlando retirement communities. Sunlake Estate offers waterfront
property on Lake Yale with a private 9-hole golf course, and boating access. Home
prices range from $50,000 to $75,000. In the lakefront community of Palm Valley,
homes on the tree-lined streets start at $55,000. Amenities include a community
clubhouse. Valencia Estates on Lake Annie is a privately owned mobile home park
with 120 lots. This cozy community offers fishing docks, swimming pools and several
fitness and exercise programs.
For retirees who want to spend their days on the golfing greens, Orlando retirement
communities offer many options. The gated community of Summit Greens is situated
in the hills overlooking Lake Apopka. Homes start in the low $200,000s. Resident
can enjoy a public golf course, indoor and outdoor pools and spas located in a
28,000- square-foot clubhouse.
Reunion, another gated community, offers residents a choice of cottages, townhouses
and condos. This community features three golf courses, tennis, numerous recreational
activities and housing prices that begin at $260,000.
The Plantation has homes and villas from $130,000 to $300,000. Amenities here
include two 18-hole golf courses, a fitness center, private fishing lakes, and
weekly, supervised activities with three full-time activity directors.
