Pulte and Centex Take Orlando Real Estate Market By Storm

In a recent study “based on the responses of 73,353 buyers of newly built, single-family homes who provided feedback after living in their homes from four to 18 months,” J.D. Power and Associates has ranked Pulte Homes and Centex Homes as the builders with the highest customer satisfaction operating within the Orlando real estate market.

Pulte, whose brands include Del Webb and DiVosta, remained a consistent favorite, while Centex, including the Fox & Jacobs brand, “pulled ahead of its competition in several markets.” According to the study, these Orlando real estate builders focused heavily on “creating relationships with their customers and listening to their needs.”

The study has also determined that construction managers are playing a more visible role within the Orlando real estate market. As Orlando real estate consumers “become more active in communicating with their home builders during the construction process, construction managers are nearly as important in influencing customer satisfaction as the builder’s sales staff.”
