Welbro Building Up the Orlando Area

The Welbro Building Corporation of Maitland, Florida may be one of the busiest Orlando area developers.

Welbro began construction on the Fairfield Orlando at Bonnet Creek Resort project in February 2005. This Orlando area nine-story, 204,050 square foot building has 122 timeshare units and is expected to be completed in May 2006.

Neighboring the Orlando area, in Volusia County, Welbro will finish the Daytona Beach Homewood Suites project by February 2006. The resulting hotel, located on Bill France Boulevard, will be four stories high, have 94 units and measure 71,000 square feet.

Outside of the Orlando area the company is working on the Residence Inn in Cape Canaveral. The building will be two separate structures connected by a welcome center gatehouse and is expected to be completed by February 2006.
