Triple Net´s Newest Commercial Orlando Area Propery

On September 13, Triple Net Properties LLC, a property management and leasing company, purchased the Maitland Promenade. This five story, 230,366 square foot Orlando area property offers ample office space to nine companies based in suburban Maitland. The Maitland Promenade "was constructed in 2001 and is currently 100% leased." Star Networks, Inc., United Healthcare and Option One Mortgage are all tenants of the Orlando area property.

Triple Net acquired the building from Opus Real Estate Ventures, LLC and has now added its new Orlando area property to its "growing portfolio of over 23.8 million square feet of commercial properties and 1.6 million square feet of multi-family properties with a combined market value of over $2.8 billion ."
